Update to Cruise Schedule at Port of Saint John for September 29 & 30, 2008
Saint John (NB) - Saint John Port Authority announced today that there are further changes to cruise ship calls at the Port of Saint John, New Brunswick in response to Hurricane Kyle which is expected to arrive in the region in the next twelve hours.
All current changes to the cruise schedule at the Port of Saint John are:
Arrival Departure
Monday, September 29 Sea Princess Cancelled
Tuesday, September 30 Jewel of the Seas 6:00 AM 5:25 PM
Royal Princess 6:45 AM 2:00 PM
Carnival Victory 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
Wednesday, October 1 Norwegian Spirit 9:30 AM 2:30 PM
Queen Mary 2 Noon 11:45 PM
Due to these changes in the cruise ship schedule, fireworks originally planned for Tuesday night will now be held on Wednesday, October 1st at 9:00 PM. Queen Mary 2 will be in Port that evening. Viewing facilities will be provided on Fort Howe next to the block house including complimentary hot chocolate and coffee.
